FixitPS is a brand new community repair initiative kicking off in August 2025 with its first pop-up event: the Fix-it Fair! It’s all about keeping stuff out of the landfill and giving your broken things a second chance. Bring your small appliances, electronics, bikes, or clothing—and learn how to fix them with help from local repair experts.
Plus, the FixitPS.org website features a growing directory of local repair businesses across the Coachella Valley, so you’ll know where to go when DIY isn’t your thing. It’s free, hands-on, and a fun way to be part of the reuse revolution.
